Level II Skip Trace:

Valid SSN and date of birth is required; no hit, no fee; $175.00 once a current address is developed and verified. An additional fee of $25.00 will be assessed for searches without certain identifiers such as date of birth or SSN.

Property Inspections with digital photos | Foreclosure Tenant Checks

Condition of property is documented both with a written report and with digital photos; determination is made whether property is occupied, and if so, by whom, by obtaining names and ages of occupants (if needed).
