Our servers work for us full-time. This is their job, so the incentive is
greater to get your papers served efficiently. We have many servers, each
assigned to a different location, for more comprehensive coverage of our
service area.

When you use Elite Process Serving, Notarized affidavits are provided for
each service. No need for you to prepare extra documents; we provide legal
proof of service for you. If you
cannot locate your defendant or witness, we can locate them for you at a
reasonable cost. Many of our locates result in the process being served with
out the need for a reissue of process.
Our staff can file legal documents and conduct court research within the
